g7enn89: Even the drop rate of mythic uniques are also reverted back to 0.000001%. Blizz thinks that all players can play/farm 24/7 like Rob. Also the tempering BS again, even if there are only 3 choices it only keeps on rolling the same stupid sh1t, whoever is in charge of this needs to get fired for his stupidity.
jonathonclary1681: I think you're missing kind of the point here. Once you level up, have all the toys, all the stuff is leveled up, all the maxed aspects, what's the point of playing any more at all? If you're only measure of success is getting everything maxed out and they make that easy for you, what's going to keep you playing in 3-6 months? This is supposed to be hard, everything you are complaining about isn't a mistake, it's the point. They want to keep you grinding, they want you to get that close to perfect gear only to have to revert back to start and try again because sooner or later, you get that perfect Roll and you tell all your friends about how awesome it was. Take it from someone whose played enough games that were fixed because they were too hard. Fixing it kills the game faster than anything else. The whole point to Diablo from Diablo I was that this game kicks your ass. It's hard, it's grindy and every tiny step forward feels like a victory and that is what diablo is supposed to be.
russelljackson8153: Masterworking re-rolls should take the item back one stage (4 levels) of masterworking) rather than making people start over. Again, this is another pure RNG system that puts players at the mercy of hitting a 1 in 125 chance of getting 3 rolls they want.
Manifestojl1: Rename the game to Spiritborn 4.
jf2849: Making ancestrals so rare seems like a bad idea in my opinion.
savingstumps: season 5 was a lot of fun for a couple of months for me. season 6 started off well, and yes masterworking is killing it for me. All other classes getting nerfed to the ground so it makes them uninteresting to play, bring them back! Why the heck did they nerf the gold chest in hordes?
phobiarg: My clan has around 30-40 active members, every season we all level multiple characters to max and generally are playing at the highest levels. This season started strong, every night of the first week we had 2-3 channels in discord with 4-15 people in each channel. People were excited, and there was always a group to join for something. Within a couple days most of us had the campaign completed and started our pushes towards end game builds with lots of boss rotas and gear sharing going on. Fast forward to this weekend and there was 2-3 people online playing D4, those people are at their last straw. They're sick of the constant need to grind rawhide, they've given up farming for max aspects, they're no longer interested in pushing to 300 paragon. The season is over for my clan, people keep hopping in to see if anyone wants to play other games and every day more and more people are going back to Helldivers, Space Marine, PoE, etc.
vinzettid3010: Tempering and master working have been the most frustrating game mechanic for me in the game
d4mephisto: First content creator to speak on these issues... the rest are playing spiritborn 24 hours a day and if u say u want the game to be balanced in their stream chat you just get banned... it's really lame and stupid. I quit the game recently because ancestrals = TOO RARE and if ur not playing spiritborn ur gonna struggle. it's sad the devs can't fix the spiritborn bugs and balance the game. everyone says if they do that it will "kill the game" but I don't think so. I think ppl like me would return and play the season again. but for now it's clear, devs don't care about balance, so I won't log in anymore. I have too many other games to play anyway.
Appreciate you bro
rednab2001: As a casual player, I really have no chance at min-maxing a build like a streamer or no-lifer. I have learned to be satisfied with getting to level cap and filling out my paragon board as best I can. When I get bored, I start playing another class. The only ARPG I have a chance to min-max in is Last Epoch. The crafting system is much simpler, and I have control over it. Not the random BS that D4 & POE has.
At least at this point, the complaints about not having enough end game should be over. They may not give a good reason to do each type of end game mechanic, but at least they are available. It's what everybody cried about for the last year.
Dante070890: I think everyone being able to hit paragon 300 is a L take... it should be hard, plus you don't really NEED all the paragon points, 230 is very achievable and is more than enough
S34Mii: What blows my mind is even when you try to target farm items, you don't even get what you want. For example, if you use the legendary tribute for Kurast to guarantee legendary drops with GA's on them then you pay the 50 million gold for amulets to contain passives, it's not even guaranteed that amulets will even drop, let alone with GA's on them. These should be guaranteed and now 100 million gold just got farted into the air.
highlandrc9036: I thought there was only 24 hours in a day. Not 30 lmao
Glennwulf: That's insane. I guess I'm in the minority but i'm paragon level 223 and i'm having an absolute blast with the spiritborn. Haven't missed a day playing since launch of VoH
jarradstyles748: They need to make pit farming far more rewarding. Best drops come from the tormented bosses that die in secs when a pit boss will take several minutes if not more.
grimfinrir3927: this season suck unless your playing the new class every other class sucks
crazypearce: the problem is there is no fun endgame content. all the endgame you play serves as a purpose to boost your character to get stronger, rather than playing for fun. you farm hordes for masterworking mats, you farm pits for glyphs, you do undercity for gear with tributes. but what do you do after that? more of the same to get stronger to do a higher pit which results in nothing. unless you are a 1% who wants to push for 150/top ranks in the world for pits there is very little reason to play after around 200 paragon and level 8 masterworking.
it's not like a game like poe where farming different content in maps to progress your character is fun. in d4 the content you are forced to do to progress is boring and the end result is relying on being lucky to hit masterworking and then being capped out by a 'common' resource that probably shouldn't even exist. it ends up being a chore to grind and if you are unlucky then it was all for nothing
cranknnutz: I really enjoyed the first couple weeks of the expansion, but once you hit endgame the fun drops off so fast. The progression goes from blazing fast to insanely slow. It's designed for streamers who play nearly all day and have legions of fans to feed them boss runs. Speaking of which, the D4 streams started out pretty entertaining, but have devolved into groups one shotting bosses on repeat for hours. Almost every stream is the same. So boring.
Abber64: I love D4, but the Tempering system HAS TO CHANGE! It is like playing the slot machines and this is not what game grinding is about. We should be awarded for our achievemnts by being able to CHOOSE the tempering aspect and have it crafted, by cost and not going to try ones luck in a lucky roll. I hated this from the start. Another thing is that I cannot complete the main quest as I need a party member for one of the final quests, and I play solo. I know, you are going to tell me to use the 'party finder' feature, but I enjoy playing solo and I am not going to beg to have someone play with me to finish the quest.
russelljackson8153: Raids are great for people like streamers who are using headsets and used to communicating and running in groups. I solo play 99% of the time and it's very unlikely a PUG can clear it. I don't think they belong in Diablo games at all.
timd9813: Perfect aspects, GAs rolls, high runes and mythics SHOULD be extremely hard to get. Instant gratification has no place in an ARPG and Blizzard has done more right now than ever before
scottnunya2441: I've been baffled at the inability to upgrade aspects. Just insane on how rare these drops are. Worse than mythics.
YouOnlyLiveOnce...: You forgot 1 major problem. Thousands of ppl on PC are having Fenris crashes every 1-2 hours of play since S6 release. It just burns you out when you pop elixir, incense, opal and go do hordes, get 1000 aeather just to crash and lose all of that. It slows down the progress and frustration lvl goes off the chart!
DrunkOblivion26: I hate that they made the pit how you level up your glyphs. It's an activity that I have never liked. If they wanted to add it to leveling up glyphs that's fine but taking it away from Nightmare dungeons makes them useless
chiefkikyerass7188: No aspects, 1 mythic, no mythic drops, over 100 hrs, disappointing
rdkone33: It just feels like blatant gatekeeping. They're either unable or unwilling to create engaging, difficult gameplay that actually rewards
