captainkayto6877: Great build as always. For yours and Mekunas ultra endgame build are the MWcrits important. For getting there a hybrid FOrb-LightningSpear seems the way to go.
Owning harle and can craft one mystic. What would you recommend Tyraels or starless?

I have a quick question, is winterglass 0.1s with GA mastery ( 6 thus) usable ? Or its better to use a 0.3s with 4 ? As cooldown is king i would think the 0.3s ?
