Quest88: I didn't mind the loss of damage, but it felt like I was proccing less spears and tougher to get the chain reaction moving. Had to switch to fist of fate to get high enough lucky hit to compensate.
LordNerfherder: The nerf is significant on larger on larger bosses and world boss. Huge difference. I have lost around 30% single target dps and about 70% dps loss on aoe.
