reecep4016: I understand people are saying PoE2 will overshadow and blow Diablo out of the water. Which is true for die hard arpg players. But if Diablo make good drops more frequent and gambling more rewarding with less bricks. Allowing casual players with full time jobs and actual lives. They will retain or even grow. The problem I always hear from people at end game is ‘I want to make this build but I’m getting no drops, the price of the items I need are 50b per item’ and then they just quit. PoE is that but 10x more of a grind. They can seperate themselves from hardcore arpg to casual arpg. The older I get the more I lean towards the casual. Sure PoE is still elite but the amount of a time dump required in that game for end game to be epic is insane. I’ve spent 50b on this barb with a few lucky drops. It’s a good build a melts 101s etc. but it hasn’t scratched my itch because it’s not BiS to the tits. In order for me to do that it would be, well probably 999,999,999,999 gold required. Which is essentially never happening. Unless I want to RMT which is why the prices are so inflated in the first place. Just increase 3ga drops and good drops in general across the board. But bro, I’m not playing for 1 in a million time x gambling crackhead addict level drop. Past it

brave1988brave: In all the interviews the game director and his collegues sounded like some crooks who are being questioned infront of congress... Every answer was "That is an interesting question" followed by some wordsalad and no answer to the question at all. At the end of every statement they pleaded the 5th and thats it. It had the same vibe as asking a politician anything. Just a bunch nothing came from them. Wooohooo a new class which looks like d3 monk/witchdoc hybrid. I don't know man... I would love to be hyped about the expansion but they got to deliver something. They said they are working on it for "years" and started before the main game launch if I heard it right. Not much time is left.
