Anu_was_here: The build is uniquely amazing that it clicks after considerable amount of gear farming and some min maxing.
Not just slap aspects with easy upgrades.
This is how high tier build making should feel.
lordlucario8828: thank god tbh. i lag SO HARD when im running with 3 sorcs. this was the same thing the crazy dust devil thing did, less things happening helps so long as the dmg makes up for lack of stuff going on

badam1814: My lightning spear cooldown time doubled and my peak damage increased about 18%. It appears to be a nerf for me. Rogue is looking better.
zaiyas1408: Honestly I didn’t notice much of a difference. Lag is bad and changes that fix something causing lag is good. They didn’t intent to buff or nerf the builds power they were trying to nerf the builds lag.
straven1662: For MOST d4 players, this is great. For min/max, maybe a nerf?
ArcticMoose17: I think its better to view this as you will do the same damage but will lag less and servers will be more stable. (less harder hitting conjurations versus more low damage conjurations)
edit: I am almost certain this is not intended to be a power level buff OR nerf, they felt they needed to do it for performance. In the maxroll guide it literally talks about how you WILL LAG playing this build correctly.

ThatOneDudeNick: Glad they buffed the damage to make up for having to reduce the frequency of the arc. Most of the people complaining about a nerf probably aren't even playing at a high enough level and in the right scenario (trash mobs in high pits) to feel it. I saw a lot of "well what should i switch to" in chat as if this somehow isn't still one of the best builds ever in the game.
I'm more disappointed that this modern arpg can't handle too many attacks at once without causing server issues.
QuantumVoid1: lighting spear is the most fun build i've played since game launch. btw the gold buff was gold from monster drops only nothing else was buffed, it was insanely underwhelming, so i highly doubt that the infernal hordes chest will be buffed.
