aaronhumphrey3514: This is not what I would call an endgame activity. Looks like a throwaway game mode that most people will get sick of in less than a week.
enchibla: We’ve reached mobile game levels of complexity
HyPerN0v4: Looks like a thing you like the first 10 times and then never touch it again.
Darbobski: I agree. It feels less end-game and more like something to do to get materials. This is fine, as it is nice to have options, but it needs to be a small part of what the next season has to offer and not the focus.
MrAlexvizz: This seems pretty damn boring after doing it once or twice.
fvzi4861: Seeing what Last Epoch just announced as a small indie studio, this looks like a joke
Gi3ra: "Seems kind of cool" - I use similar phrase when I'm in situation, when I have to do something just to be polite but I really hate it.
umoramayori: So this is basically the Crucible from Grim Dawn.
Kootsworth: So let me get this straight, they've carefully crafted an open world Diablo game...and THE BIG endgame system is contained within 1 small room. Incredible.
SkinnyBeef: How hard is it add a real end game activity?
Blizzard: Yes
AkkarinRothen: I'd say what D4 is missing, is open world content. Now i might get some heat for it, but Lost Ark made a really cool open world experience. Besides of all the negatives like p2w and so on.
This topic is something what made my friends at the end quit, cause you're just farming for a Build to work and if you've achieved it, you're sitting here and think, "what now?"
But s4 was a banger so far. So kudos to blizzard(finally) for that
thepunisherxxx6804: I really hate Diablo's boring conditional stats and buffs and upgrades... "While slowed by growth, expend no resources". Its so boring and situational. Why not let me juice up my powers directly? Why not go crazy with this mode and have fun upgrades at the end like "cooldowns reduced 50%" or "damage radius for all attacks doubled"? You know, FUN STUFF. I swear they put no thought into it anymore. Community has to hand hold everything.
draftingish4833: I mean even if its just there to shake things up, and you only do a certain amount of runs a season its additional content. Which means, if they add a bit of end game every season, then you will have lots of variety sooner then later.
kylefletcher1002: This was kinda already in diablo 3 before they revised the way to get the stones for rifts
l67swap1: Looks very repetitive and just not fun at all
adamjohanssonn: i dont think the endgame modes have to be super long and be able to be repeated over and over, i just think there has to be more choices, so this is a good addition
dosperado74: Creativity where are you? Blizzard: Nah who needs creativity if we have phones?
MMOandfungames: I hate it in Diablo that the events are all at night. at least most of them.
I would like to see my abilities during the day without a red bottom. Maybe I did too much helltide.
can no longer see the colors at night.
I mean hell isn't just blood and darkness. Build acid fields with meat-eating plants. something with a different color tone.
Therabbitking: Oh look it's Torghast.
