Once you do this glitch, it stays active for every helltide until you logout or die. I noticed if you are in an event with the orange circle, they didnt seem to spawn. You need to keep moving around and attacking, dont just sit in one spot.

shawn80: we need stronger helltides with insane world boss encounters(open world Raid). the mindcage item makes me think it is possible.
AnimaJumper: They should make a permanent threat meter, constantly spawning elites with mindcage means a bit more difficulty in helltides.
Dunkdamonk: i hope they make a way for us to lock the meter... this is sooo much fun. when you find other players who have meter locked it gets crazy. i always find a big grin on my face, and usually an audible 'holy shit'
ilmstreams: been doing this all day on my druid. almost max with the iron wolves rep from just doing this solo in helltides for a few hours. and my druid is still only level 92 lol. he was like 41 not that many hours ago. this is absolutely awesome. so many legendaries!!
