want proof this is true? even Rob, mr. barbarian #1 in the whole world, has swapped to Sorc and he said on his stream it is because Barb is so weak cuz you have to pick "do I go bash/flay and be good against bosses and suck vs. trash, or do I go WW and kill trash ez but can't kill the bosses?"
the only answer? go Sorc. It can do both simultaneously. So can Andariel's Rogue. These aren't my words, they're Rob's.

WilliamAndrews0: The Andariels Rogue is beyond broken, but every other build is just absolutely useless. I have found 2 mythics (Harle and Tyraels) and i'm playing a regular Ice Barrage build, and I can't even think about doing hordes T7. Everything masterworked to 8/12, all Glyphs max, all non-uber items with greater affixes, 1800% Crit Damage, 48k Danage, 40k life, and I struggle HARD doing T6. There is nothing left for me to upgrade except get more mythics, but I can't kill Tormented bosses.
