Diablo 4 NEW RCR FINDINGS ROD OF KEPELEKE

Oct 27 2024

mroutcast8515: I mean spiritborn was kinda weak anyway - so this is a very welcoming discovery..
ArtIsLifeninty: Raheir is just GAMING in the back. Savage.
LordNerfherder: This is a little old info, CN bilibili content creators have used resource cost reduction frequently for the last two weeks. The builds you are copying from often use resource cost reduction and they explained why this is the case in their guides. You can often fit a roll on gloves and ring for this. You probably have a useless attackspeed roll if you have optimized your attack speed breakpoints for 12 frames that you dont need on either gloves or ring that can go. Else, resource cost adds more than the hp roll on gloves and ring anyway if not.
TomXander: A unique staff that is basically a mythic lol
raresr79: this is not a bug !
this is mathematics !
A perfect legendary aspect says that it will increase crytical strike damage by 3% fro each 1 point of Vigor when full of Vigor.
So if you have 250 Vigor, your Crit Damage will be increased by 750%.
If you then use resource cost reduction and lets say you consume 50% of what you used to consume, then it's like you would have literraly doubled your Vigor from 250 to 500.
You will thus now have 1500% increased crit damage.
ez
tuck1317: Yeah, yesterday, was able to complete 150 pit with starless sky ring and shako combo only (mystic circle). I could not do it with other prescribed setups. So glad you have validated this, thanks.
APVCHE_: This is great info, I always assumed resource cost reduction would hurt the damage
SneakyGenius: This season I have managed to get Heir of Perdition, Nesekem the herald, ring of the starless skies, Andariels and Selig and I can't use any of them because the spiritborns unique are just so OP lol. I'm not complaining though, I just think it's unusual.
TheTalamier: Gee, instead of killing a T4 boss in 1 hit, you can now kill a T4 boss...in 1 hit.
lchn12345678: its still somewhat insane to me that the poll rod (director of diablo) put on twitter has more votes on leave it than fix it, i guess this is a peek into the mind of normies, i am ALL for having fun and i was very unhappy with d4 launch/s1/s3 too but i genuinely want them to fix the bugs, i am very sure everyone would still be having plenty of fun even after the fixes, in fact i would wager alot of people feel the need to stick with spiritborn because they are so much stronger they cant have fun on other classes, so in a way i could argue fixing the bugs make the game even more fun for some people
sirmikon: This is a terrific video. It's the first explanation of RCR that makes sense to me. Everyone else is just saying, "do it!" You explained how it works theoretically and then demonstrated it with an experiment. Good job!

]I think you said this, but it seems like RCR does not eliminate the requirement to get over 240 Max Resource with Banished Lords or 100% Res. Gen.. Resource Cost Reduction seems to be a damage multiplier only after those basic thresholds are met.
