JuneauGTW: I might be wrong here, but i think the best places to put your 2 basic skill points are Rock Splitter and its enhancement. It is a minor bonus, but I believe you still get the passive 11 Vigor each time you block. If you are using a Quarter Staff (i.e. Kepeleke), then your block chance is > 0, and you will gain 11 Vigor occasionally.

SWAMPY_G: For Banished LT, it reads spend 275 resource in general, not all at once. So, every other attack basically if you dont have 275 maximum resouce on the kepeleke effect. Just wanted to clarify.
