soulbite4897: A base Kepeleke is not 24 max resource anymore apparently, got my non Ancestral one with 4/8 masterworking and it's max is only listed as 23

KyleSage35: I can see the perseverance passive getting a hard cap of 24% in the future, though hopefully if they cap it its atleast 30% to still be amazing.
