2 years ago mine has been.. let's say she passed away with the Hospital mistreatment from an operation that went okay, but then turned wrong because they weren't aware of xyz condition about her. Yeah I love hospitals.
I'm 51yo; let me tell you, when we lose a parent (or both in my case) it hits like a truck.
You try to be stoic and you were doing videos everyday for over 10 years, for us: we are grateful.
I'm not the one to tell you what to do, every coping mechanism is good and unique. I hope you'll find yours.
If you can, step outside for a weekend and go hiking on a mountain to smell what is life. Walking in Nature do wonders.
We will be there when you'll be ready to come back.
