Piper0185: To Clarify, They didnt change the capture mechanic in Palworld, which makes this whole thing weird. The changed the release of a captured Pal, which WASNT in the lawsuit. The Patent in the lawsuit was throwing a ball to CAPTURE a character in the open world. Keyword, open world. This didnt change, it still exists in Palworld. To achieve a Patent, you have to prove you did it first. Nintendo says they did with Arceus, but actually Pocketpair did it frist with Craftopia. Craftopia is characterized as an open world game and you throw balls to capture things. This is prob why the Capture mechanic WASNT changed because they have solid legal ground on it. The States is a lot more stingent on Patents and I dont think Nintendo will get any here. A few lawyers spoke about this in the past and said its unlikly Generic Patent Claims will be accepted, bc a patent in USA eyes shouldnt stagnate growth, and it would.

Notice the art/visuals in Blizzard games is always top notch. That's because Blizzard see good artists as profit generators - store items.
That's not the same for game design. Blizzard see them as necessary cost, and thus try to minimise the cost

tacitus7797: The real problem is the boss mechanics are actively broken for some of us - if the boss is not one-shotable I don't even bother. Mistimed animations are a biggie and avoid random shit. Yes I know the floor pattern with Lilith but it doesn't work for me.
Also, major complaint with VOH, we did not finish the arc with annoying Neyrelle. Its good its going to be at least a year for - maybe they will eliminate the many stupid bugs still remaining.

MarcoFrancescoVivaldi: My take is that the power creep gets out of control only if you play meta. If instead you stay clear of all those OP Builds found on the Internet, T4 is just that sweet spot of difficulty that is challenging and rewarding at the same time.
One of my pals had a tight schedule this season and copy/pasted the Blood Wave Necro Build from MaxRoll: aftrer a week he was one-shotting everything and now he wants to can his Necro and start a new Barb from scratch. That OP toon broke the game and robbed him/us of all the fun.
I'm Italian, and most probably biased, but let me tell you this: if you are pushing a Ferrari on a highway from Milan to Naples, you are just watching the lane in order not to crash.. But if you take the train you are going to enjoy the landscape, even if it takes you trice the time to get there. And the landscape here is amazing.

I enjoyed the Warcraft movie, but of course I grew up on fantasy movies like Jason and the Argonauts, Sinbad, Excalibur, The Sword and the Sorceror, and the original Clash of the Titans. Special effects are light years better than the old Roy Harryhausen claymation cutting edge stuff decades ago. Really enjoying the new D4 season and totally enjoy your channel. Have been following for quite some time. Keep up the great work and have a nice day.
TheMountainman14: The problem is not being too powerful. The issue is that everyone follows build guides and is running at max capacity. If people were not following max itemized guides the majority would not be one shot bosses. IDK why people play a game like Diablo and just copy and paste someone else build. What is the point in playing then?

fingal113: i have been first in line at the diablo store for every release since 1995. it has been disappointment after disappointment from the start of d4. the next thing i buy from blizzard will be off the bargain rack years after release, and I'm so sad about that. i feel like an old friend died.
