AdellRedwinters: Making a highly customizable class sounds great.
...wish that was the design philosophy for all the classes lol
JCurveEffect: Rhykker - You are one of the most professionalized interviewers in the Diablo Content Creator space.
Jokerwolf666: Templar is the obvious next holy class. Kormac can be their leader.
douglasmoore752: As long as I can get top tier without having to play 1 spec that's the "Meta" would really like to play whatever I want and be able to do well with it instead of 1 spec that's viable and the rest is b or c class
1_underthesun: Listening to this after the PoE 3.25 video yesterday really puts things into perspective.....
Jeremus717: In Diablo 4 I have been a Melee rogue in every single season, with all its ups and downs. It's the class that spoke to me the most. But in Diablo as a franchise, the Diablo 3 monk was far and away my favorite class. The early footage coming out has me incredibly excited for the spirit born, and it's a perfect hybridization of things I have enjoyed in other blizzard games, specifically the martial arts monk and the spirit-based shaman from Warcraft. Looks very well done and I can't wait to get my hands on it. I am 99% sure this is the main I was looking for!
garryame4008: Am I crazy, or do the answers feel like the devs are trying really hard to not say something? These answers are really wishy-washy and vague.
thepennsylvanianamerican9215: Holy crap...I have 2200 hours in this game and Ive never been less excited for something "new"
ConnorWoog: Having specific and nuanced questions help get actual answers in this interview! Thanks Rhykker
ultrasone8450: PALADIN NEXT !!!
SchinTeth: Looking at this after just having seen the new POE update.... I dont know what to say anymore.
CMald: Im not hating on the spiritborn, but it is ironic to hear the class designer talk about the importance of finding a class that really resonates with you when for so many people that class is Paladin/Crusader
joshuamcconnell2785: So, they made a jungle monk/rogue/druid/barbarian/necromancer/sorcerer whose power comes from summoning spirit animals from a made-up realm in a game based on demon lore and the battle between heaven and hell with sanctuary cought in-between. The next class should be a robot who wields the power of shotguns and space travel. Why not? Maybe just get rid of that pesky diablo lore all together. Dont worry about balancing the other classes, make a new one that works and charge full game price for the ability to use it. My only question is: if they wanted to make something different, why not make it a different game altogether? Its going to be entertaining to watch this train derail itself.
crazyherorise: I want more honesty from the team
