Uber Unique = ubber uniquely bad.
Just allow us (as you said) to temper uniques already.
ABACUStoPC: Harlequin is probably the only uber unique that still worth to have for most stronger builds imo, the rest are not helping much in higher tiers in the pit, stuff like melted heart of selig just can't take that much damage from bosses from tier 70 , you will get one shot easily, other stuffs like tyreal's might and Ahavarion staff are pretty much designed for casual farming. unique items need a unique tempering

Blizzard is still gathering analytics on the game and builds and what they’ve implemented into the because they want ppl to buy micro transactions to sustain the game instead of it being a hit block bluster that’s finished.
That’s why they come up with a literal new game changing update that drives the direction of the game.
