d4mephisto: The varshan mats thing keeps getting mis-reported as a bug, but it's not a bug. If you pay close attention to the way the transmutation system changed from last patch to this patch, you will notice something very obvious.
In the past, you could NEVER convert a hand, femur, or head into a heart. But, you could convert a heart into any of those three. This made hearts the most valuable, because they were basically what you call an omni token. An item that can become any other item.
With season 5, Blizzard has reversed

Azg4l0R1: When i killed the last wave, some mob cast bone prison, the prison appeared behind the door, and the door doesnt open unless all mobs are dead so i had to find a way do dmg the spikes to get through

patriot459: The thing I like about how blizzard is approaching bugs is not to nuke exploits unless they are literally game breaking. Like the tempering manuals still being unlocked obviously they will fix it but they’re like eh we won’t take it away and hinder players that start up after the bug came out.
X1nk3dx: We got stuck in the last wave of infernal hordes last night, had to leave and do another one and lost the Aether we earned
ZehDanzaDeLaMuerte: A bug that I noticed last night was the following: I was in T2 helltide, used 1 Baneful heart in the summoning altar, ran to a chest to try and find a second heart and when I came back the altar reset. No other people near me or otherwise, just stole the heart.
