Mas-ij3ti: If Sorc is not good in PTR/season 5 I’m definitely not buying the expansion. Not only do I enjoy Sorc the most, the overall incompetence of the devs make me not want to invest further in the game.

SilkStorm_101: Paingorgers plus the new chain lightning pants on an arc lash build is what i am going to try to see if the constant being damaged by a non basic skill is a good bonus or that you only get the bonus on cast of the chain lightning and not the returns, but could be an area for a bug :)

Essemlol: The more active CL you have the faster the explosions comes out. The whole thing is dependant on if the explosions does enough damage. The explosions needs to do more damage than the chain lightning itself AND you need to take into account for the mana lost from the pants, if it causes you to be unable to spam CL its almost certain that the pants is a DPS loss vs just spamming regular CL that just bounces between you and the boss.
Also the opportunity cost of using this unique vs using another dps pants such a tibaults will.
Theese legs have a steep hill to climb and unfortunately to me is just seems like a DPS loss vs what you could be doing otherwise.
