XaKeR167: I've started quill volley and i noticed that those feathers after evade is dealing like 5 time more damage than any of my skills, so yeah, it's very strong.
zethzz3524: I stumbled upon this while leveling, and kept going. Eventually I saw it being probably as strong as the other eagle build, but didnt have time to try around. Glad to see I was correct

Emuepic: I have a poor man’s version of this where I use any boots that has “attacks reduce evade cooldowns by 1s” this while holding shift to force an attack between evades gives you almost permanent up time on evade you just move slower that with the unique weapon.
It’s a good stepping stone while I power up.

hugeheadliang: How do you deal with field hazard? I couldn’t defeat torment4 Grigoire and Andariel, dodging attacks while spamming evade is too hard…
Is it possible to just face tank them at higher paragon/masterwork levels? I alr got almost every affix right.
