Dinugujon: Appreciate you still chugging at a barb. I have to admit, I left barb this season because of how badly it got nerfed but it's nice to see someone still attempting to find a viable build. I miss my WW barb lol. I'm looking forward to your updates on this one.
Artem-KIT-: The build looks strong. You can increase the damage by giving up the mace, it is enough to add a unique sword to increase the service life and strengthen each item with additional total damage instead of health. An amulet is not needed for a successful strike, it is needed for maximum strength, try to take 3000 strength. Thanks for the build, it really can be stronger with damage on each item, instead of health. I don't have ramadi, but there is your damage, it closes 120 Pit. (There will be a problem, but it is not critical, on a two-handed weapon, there should not be a doubling of dust devils, but the size)
MeywenLOL: Hey man nice build :) I'm running a pretty similar setup but with axe as second 1 hander, giving access to cleaver glyph, it's 12% multiplicative crit dmg you should try it ^^ Only problem is you'll never want to go back to mace. Wallop doesn't affect dust devils only whirlwind itself. Same goes for edgemaster aspect it doesn't apply on dust devils just whirlwind itself, so yeah you should see a decent upgrade by switching your mace for an axe and running cleaver, also removing edgemaster for something less sexy but working at least, like inner calm.

jordan_goes_in4378: You could take off rubies and use amethyst each one gives strength. Pretty good boost tbh. Iron skin being up all the time anyways you could lose some health no biggie.
