michaelscott2093: i jjust throw arrow storm aspects into a leveling rogue when im making one...so its cool that it can now be a functional build it will make lvling stronger :)

shunulu123: My 3 chars are not capable of kill even Tormented Duriel. Tornado Barb, Heartseeker Rogue and Frozen orb Sorc. I couldn't even scratch Lilith, for example (She is literally 100). All builds from directly Maxroll with paragons included. There are millions of video that they kill everything one-shot. What did i do wrong??
Dalseom-tx2mu: Functionally identical, need more slots for the aspects, but deals lesser dmg than andariels. What a great balance. 120k dmg no cap vs 20k dmg capped at 7

oldmanxinn9976: Have you tried the build with the new Smoke bomb aspect of Iron Rain? It gives SB a 35-50% chance to trigger an Arrow storm. I doesn't buff the damage of Arrow storms, but makes them apply Vuln. Do youo think it would be usable in the starter build until you can transition into Andys.
