recksters54: Another important thing to share from Pawnyhof (my favorite expert Necro streamer): When modifying an affix at the Occultist, you can see all the affix possible on the item. Right? Well, it's a weighted list. The possible affixes on top of the list are the more common one and the affixes at the bottom have a very low probability, usually skills. So, it's easier to get the right affixes if you find an item with the rare affixes on them and reroll a common one. The reserve gets very expensive.
