ae6790: The teams in charge of giving us updates to itemization having been carrying D4 the last few seasons. Im more excited to try these updated uniques than i am to play the new seasonal activity.
coffeecup6810: I am 54 years old and have been playing D4 since day one and really enjoy it for the most part. I don’t play seasons, but did try it once. Not my thing. My Eternal Druid is all I ever play but I’m fine with that.
dumbdumbsmart8081: I wish they would add build saves
_MikeJon_: This is going to be fun. I'd like to see something like the ability to put sockets into the paragon board for the blue glyphs. They're basically useless but it would be a good damage boost if you could add an extra socket per each board. Putting then in a purchased blue node or something.
pulsss: I think the biggest issue with diablo 4 rn is that most builds dont exist without certain legendarys. Let builds have synergy within the skill tree and let legendarys be icing on the cake. Let item stats do heavy lifting and let legendaries be just a little somethin somethin extra. and then let uniques be bat shit crazy.
Overall, tone back legendarys, tune up the skill trees, and tune up uniques
bware82: It seems like they needed to give life to uniques because the temper system made most of them not worth using over pieces that made a build better with isolated power.
mlfgc: Dude the uniques were obsolete in season 4. This update was extremely needed
DJToMyHits: This is their Final Final Final Final Final Final last chance guys. For real this time!
natecooper01: The prospect of an 'infinite' paragon system after some level would be great. Eventually you could unlock every node on every board, that would incentivize grinding while buffing your character quite a lot along the way.
PhR34KKK: Why is everyone just ignoring fact that the mythical uniques now have a different graphic. I don't have a list of these things next to me. Now I can see these special things easy.
Netsuko: They finally looked at D3 and were like “Hey this could be fun for a Diablo game… hey wait a minute!”
Aproximal: I remember the weirdly odd discourse on YouTube on Last Epoch saying that the reason why Diablo 4 players hated Last Epoch is because there is too much variety (I don't just mean the joke video. There was an actual thing going around too), but this feels a lot like they went "Fuck, well...I guess LE is doing a lot with synergies and PoE always does this. I guess people want these levels of freedom" and I'm not knocking blizzard for this, because that seems to be the common thing people do. I'm giving them credit. They went in a direction to get people on board. It wasn't a game for us old ARPG players or such, it was for the more casual space, and it worked. Got a huge amount of players but retention went to nothing fast. They are now making changes for it to be more for our style of players. Allowing a little more freedom, slowly opening it up. I think they are more testing a sweeter spot where it's not LE deep, and not close to PoE deep, but it has a freedom more casual players will love because it lets them feel smart for finding busted combos and that's not a bad thing. Give Blizzard credit for actually walking back on the game being more simple, by trying to gradually make it deeper. Rather then just deep end instantly
