abraxis59: I am very happy with the information from this livestream. They made all the changes I wanted from PTR and everything besides the group content looks great to me.
Correction - They made it clear that unbrick scrolls will reliably be available in 200 point infernal hoard chests, so I no longer feel forced to do citadel.
